This full-time, on-site Proposal Coordinator role is based in Portland, OR. The Proposal Coordinator will be responsible for managing the proposal planning and preparation process, developing responses to RFPs (Requests for Proposals), crafting compelling proposal content, and ensuring timely submission of high-quality proposals. Collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders, the Proposal Coordinator will drive the development of materials that effectively communicate the firm's expertise and project approach.
- Proficiency in Proposal Coordination, including organizing proposal development processes and schedules
- Expertise in Proposal Preparation and Management, ensuring accuracy and consistency in documentation and deliverables
- Strong skills in Proposal Writing and RFP response development, showcasing the firm's strengths and capabilities effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in design or desktop publishing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
- Understanding of architecture or design industry terminology preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field is desirable
