General Cleaner PT evenings - NW Milwaukee/Men. Falls -$11/hr

Are you looking for a Part-time evening position in Northwest Milwaukee/Menomonee Falls that allows you to have flexible hours and great pay? 

If so, we have an immediate need for an entry level cleaner to clean prestigious commercial buildings throughout NW Milwaukee, Menomonee Falls and Germantown. This individual will be responsible for filling in for absent employees at first class commercial buildings such as offices, banks, medical clinics, etc. 

We offer an excellent starting wage of $11.00 an hour. This is not an on-call position. You will be guaranteed on average 20 hours a week Monday-Friday evenings at designated locations in your assigned area. Vehicle is required! No weekends! Paid holidays after 60 days! No experience necessary! 

Must be able to perform various general cleaning duties including vacuuming, trash/recycling collection, dusting, mopping, cleaning of restrooms, or any other general cleaning tasks as directed. Ideal candidate will have an eye for detail, a positive attitude, and the ability to work independently or within a team environment.

1. Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.

4. Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions, such as alarm information and directions to job sites.

5.  Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 50 pounds.
