Area Manager

This is a full-time, salaried, Monday – Friday position with a daily start time of 2pm.  We offer a competitive starting salary, benefit package, and bonus plan for this entry level management position.  Individuals with previous supervisory experience managing employees in the retail or hospitality industries are encouraged to apply.  

Qualified candidates will have experience building, mentoring, and motivating a service team of hourly employees to perform at their highest level and be committed to providing our customers with a consistently high level of service and our employees with a positive and rewarding work environment.

1. Minimum three years experience managing 10 or more hourly employees.

2. Minimum one-year experience in in the janitorial field.

3. High school diploma or GED.

4. Superior oral and written communication skills.

5. Self-starter with proven leadership ability.

6. Strong problem solving skills.

7. Proficient in smartphone technology and basic computer skills.

8. Valid drivers license, insurability and availability of a car.

9. Ability to perform basic cleaning tasks, including regular lifting of 25 lbs, occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs.
