We are looking for a hardworking Lead Floor Technician to deliver the highest quality of floor care services to surfaces in various commercial buildings throughout Southeastern Wisconsin.
Supervise experience is required. The ideal candidate will use their technical skills and leadership experience to direct the team to complete the work in the allotted time, be a good communicator, and be willing to lead by example.
Valid driver's license and insurability through company insurance is required.
We provide training and equipment to ensure your success. The duties of this job include: carpet extraction, stripping, waxing, buffing floors, and burnishing of floors.
This is a full-time 40 hour per week, permanent 2nd shift position, with a regular daily start time of 4:30pm, Monday- Friday.

Job Requirements
1. Minimum of three years floor and carpet care experience.
2. Valid driver's license and insurable
3. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Access via telephone.
5. Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions, such as alarm information, details of work tickets, directions to job sites, etc.
6. Ability to lift up to 50lbs occasionally.
