What are the responsibilities and job description for the Chief of Staff position at MAHLER PRIVATE STAFFING?
Los Angeles-based CEO / Founder of a private investment firm has created a new support role.
Responsibilities include 360-degree oversight of the executive’s schedule, travel, meeting preparation, managing inflow of emails, mail, voice messages, etc. Additional support staff include : an Executive Assistant, a family office, a Personal Assistant, an Estate Manager and a part-time assistant based in Europe.
The ideal candidate :
- Possesses an exemplary education from a top university
- Has significant personal achievements (think…distinguished athlete and / or military service)
- Is a global citizen with a world view; well-traveled
- Has impeccable people skills and manners
- Understands how to prepare a concise memo on a complex subject
- Has superior communication skills, both oral and written; is tech savvy
- Is free to travel (travel is often, but not constant)
- Lives in LA or is willing to relocate there (relocation assistance available for the right candidate)
- Your friends say you are whip smart, beyond organized, and great with logistics
- Understands that details matter
- Is highly discreet
- Works hard, plays to win, and has ambition
We are open to a compensation range of $200k - $300k base plus performance bonus and benefits.
