Machine Operator
Your Role & Responsibilities
- Operates automated machinery and robotic equipment. Performs set up, changeover, troubleshooting and adjustments on machine tool and automation as required.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Availability to work any shift and overtime as needed is required
- Competitive pay and benefits
- Shift premium up to $2/hr above hourly rate depending on shift
- Double time on Sundays (Varies by shift schedule)

- Paid training - no previous experience required.
- Educational Reimbursement
- Clean climate-controlled environment

- Reading Comprehension - Understanding written sentences and paragraphs in work related documents.
- Active Listening - Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times.
- Speaking - Talking to others to convey information effectively.
- Mathematics - Knowledge of arithmetic.

The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 60 pounds. The employee must occasionally move with a manual or electric pallet jack or mechanical device (utility cart, etc.) 50 or more pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close and distant vision, color vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
