Forklift Operator - 2nd Shift Your Experience and Qualifications High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) is required. 2 to 3 years of experience safely operating a forklift in a manufacturing environment. Must have valid state issued license to operate a motor vehicle. Picks up and delivers parts and materials between production lines. Picks up and delivers parts and materials from shipping/receiving and the warehouse. Must have and be able to maintain a valid state issued driver’s license. OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES Strong analysis, problem solving, process and troubleshooting skills. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles. Dynamic communication / inter-personal skills. Highly organized and possess good decision-making skills. Must be able to satisfactorily complete forklift training, including written and driving test and be issued a forklift license. Must have and be able to maintain a valid state issued driver’s license.
