Location:Pontiac,MI
Summary:
End to End coordination of production from planning to fulfilment to achieve monthly targets and sales forecast requirement. Responsible for independently supporting assigned production planning and scheduling activities for tractor assembly, vehicle assembly, and repair. This role requires a self-motivated individual capable of working proactively to manage multiple priorities.
Duties:
Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules for tractor assembly, vehicle assembly, and repairs.
- Monitor production performance, material availability, and capacity constraints; proactively identify risks and recommend corrective actions.
- Coordinate with Sales Operations to align plan to reach sales targets.
- Work with Buyers to track material shortages and understand production impact.
- Coordinate with manufacturing, quality, and shipping teams to ensure planned units are made ready for sale per the S&OP plan.
- Support S&OP activities by providing production forecasts.
- Use SAP to access inventory data to support planning activities.
- Help develop process improvements for inventory, manufacturing, and production control systems.
- Collect and analyze production performance data to report to management.

Qualifications:
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Education / Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related field
- 3-5 years related experience and/or training (including related internships)
- Microsoft Tools: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams
- Knowledge of ERP Systems (SAP/Plex preferred)
- Experience in a manufacturing / shop floor environment preferred
Language Ability:
Competent to read, analyze and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.
Math Ability:
Apply mathematical operations to such tasks as frequency distribution, determination of test reliability and validity, analysis. Basic mathematical skills and statistics experience preferred.
Reasoning Ability:
Define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables
