Job-Type: Casual (less than 19 hours)

Mahi'ai Table in Foodland Farms Ka Makana Ali'i is looking for Servers to join our team. We are seeking high energy, responsible individuals who are passionate about creating a welcoming place for guests to enjoy high quality food & beverages.

Restaurant Servers must have excellent customer service, be able to work and communicate well with others, follow directions and standard operating procedures of the kitchen/restaurant. Restaurant Servers assist Restaurant Management by keeping the restaurant areas neat, clean, stocked, and organized. They interact with guests, anticipate their food & beverage needs, and must ensure that safety and sanitation guidelines are followed. Restaurant Servers must maintain a neat, well-groomed personal appearance, and observe company dress code. Restaurant staff must also abide by all company policies, house rules and guiding principles; support the company culture, values, goals and mission; and maintain a positive attitude toward the work and company.

Qualifications:

• High school education preferred or combination of education and experience
• Previous restaurant serving experience preferred
• High-volume food service establishment experience preferred
• Must have TB Clearance
• Must comply with all company policies and requirements
