About The Job
As an Associate Consultant - Operational Excellence, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality consulting services to our clients. You will work closely with our team of experts to identify and address business process challenges and drive efficiency and effectiveness.
This is a part-time position based in Cairo with the flexibility to work remotely, with possible travel to GCC countries based on projects requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of client's business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Design and implement innovative business process solutions that align with client objectives and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop process models, and create implementation plans.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to drive process improvement initiatives and ensure stakeholder alignment.
- Monitor and evaluate project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines and desired outcomes.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and obstacles to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or Management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address business process inefficiencies.
- Experience in business process improvement methodologies.
- Proficient in process mapping and modeling tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to stakeholders.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Professional certifications in operational excellence, six sigma or related areas are a plus.
- Prior experience in consulting or business process analysis is preferred.
