Duties
- Engage with prospective customers through outbound calls, walk-ins, and digital channels to generate interest in our used vehicle inventory
- Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to match clients with suitable vehicles based on their preferences and budget
- Demonstrate vehicle features confidently, highlighting benefits and upselling additional services or accessories to maximize sales opportunities
- Manage and nurture a robust sales pipeline using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track leads, follow-ups, and closing activities
- Negotiate deals effectively by understanding customer needs, market conditions, and dealership policies to reach mutually beneficial agreements
- Provide excellent customer service by maintaining professional phone etiquette, clear communication skills, and a friendly demeanor throughout the sales process
- Experience
- Proven experience in automobile sales or retail sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Skilled in negotiation, upselling techniques, and closing deals efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels
- Familiarity with CRM software for managing customer relationships and sales pipelines effectively
- Experience working within a dealership environment or in automotive sales is highly desirable
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple leads simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Multilingual abilities or bilingual skills are a plus for engaging diverse customer bases
