Night Property Monitoring Specialist
Mahalo Pro is looking for a reliable Night Property Monitoring Specialist to help keep our commercial properties safe, secure, and in good condition during overnight hours.
This position is responsible for conducting scheduled property check-ins, inspecting facilities and exterior areas, and making sure properties are secure. The ideal candidate is dependable, observant, comfortable working independently, and able to identify and report issues quickly.
Responsibilities
- Conduct overnight property inspections and check-ins
- Verify doors, gates, buildings, and other facilities are secure
- Look for signs of damage, vandalism, trespassing, leaks, or other issues
- Check for unusual activity or safety concerns
- Document property conditions and report issues to management
- Take photos and provide clear notes when problems are found
- Complete assigned check-ins on schedule
- Respond appropriately to issues discovered during rounds
- Maintain a professional presence while on client properties
Schedule
- Primarily overnight shifts
- Weekend availability is required
- Schedule may vary based on property needs
- Must be reliable and consistently on time
Ideal Candidate
- Dependable and responsible
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working alone at night
- Good communication and documentation skills
- Able to use a smartphone for photos, reports, and communication
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Previous security, property maintenance, facilities, or similar experience is a plus

This is a position where reliability matters. Our clients trust us to keep an eye on their properties when they aren't there. We need someone who will show up, complete their rounds, notice problems, and communicate them, not someone who simply drives through a property and checks a box.
Salary : $16 - $18
