We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage the daily processing of invoices and payments. This role is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate financial transactions, maintaining customer relationships, and supporting accounting operations in alignment with company policies and procedures.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field
- 3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or related accounting role
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software
- Excellent communication skills and very detail oriented
- Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures
- Hands-on experience with accounting software QuickBooks
- Advanced MS Excel skills including VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Generate and send accurate customer invoices in a timely manner
- Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies related to billing and payment
- Apply customer payments to the correct accounts and ensure accurate age reports
- Maintain customer records and update contact information as needed
- Follow up on, collect, and allocate payments using appropriate collection techniques
- Coordinate with sales and customer service teams to resolve billing and payment disputes
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end accounts receivable reports
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures
- Communicate effectively with internal departments and external customers
- Can effectively navigate sales agreements and contracts.
- Inventory data entry for month end reconciliation
