Magone & Company, P.C. is seeking an experienced and driven Manager to join our Client Accounting & Advisory Services (CaaS) Team.
In this role, you will take ownership of a diverse client portfolio, providing comprehensive financial management and strategic advisory services throughout the year. Responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day accounting functions such as bookkeeping and payroll, performing year-end closings with appropriate adjusting and closing entries, fixed asset and inventory valuation, preparing workpapers, payroll reconciliations, and financial statement preparation. You’ll also collaborate closely with our tax team to support tax projections and business filings.

What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
- 5–8 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years recent experience in a CPA firm.
- Strong background in client accounting services: financial statement preparation, month-end close, year-end close with adjustments, reconciliations, and management reporting.
- Supervisory experience—ability to review staff work and provide coaching.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Bill.com, and other CAS/accounting tech tools.
- CPA license preferred (or actively pursuing).
- Strong Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Excellent written & verbal communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
