Title: Senior Finishing / Deburring Operator (Level III)
Company: Magnus Precision Manufacturing
Location: 1912 Route 96, Phelps, NY 14532
Schedule: Full-time, A Shift, Monday-Thursday, 6a-4:30p
Pay: $22 - $26 per hour
Summary/Duties: Our finishers take pride turning a shelf of unfinished parts into polished pieces of art. Proficiently uses microscopes, hand/power tools, grinders, and tumblers to achieve a high quality finish. Will prepare surfaces, clean, polish, remove imperfections/burrs, perform visual inspections and final assembly.
Experience: Finishing/deburring complex parts (metal preferred), familiar with quality procedures and drawings/blueprints, with ability to train others (preferred).
All candidates: Should be motivated, reliable, a team player and a strong desire to contribute, authorized to work in the U.S., and able to pass pre-employment (drug screen, fit-for-duty exam, background check, and reference check).

- Aid in the design, set-up, and tool & equipment selection for new deburr and/or assembly jobs.
- Proficient at deburr of complex parts such as aerospace manifolds.
- Able to train others in the deburring of complex parts.
- Responsible for quality, quantity and safety.
- Adheres to quality procedures and company policies. Keeps accurate records. Keeps work area clean.
- Will perform other duties as directed.
