FIRST MILE SIGN-ON BONUS – Attend orientation and earn an additional 3 CPM for your first 12 months. Start within 10 days of Magnum receiving your full application and add another 1 CPM, for a total of up to 4 CPM extra during your first year.

Pay & Miles

OTR CDL A Driver Requirements
- Valid CDL A
- Minimum 6 months of recent CDL A experience
- Must be 21 years old
- No more than 3 moving violations within the last 3 years
- No DUI/DWI within the last 12 months
- No preventable DOT accidents within the last 12 months
- No serious violations within the last 12 months
- Ability to meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
