Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled SailPoint Developer with strong experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) and/or SailPoint IdentityNow (IDN), along with a solid understanding of IAM concepts, workflows, and integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement IAM solutions using SailPoint (IIQ/IDN)
- Configure and customize SailPoint components such as workflows, rules, connectors, and UI
- Develop and maintain identity lifecycle management processes (Joiner, Mover, Leaver)
- Integrate SailPoint with enterprise applications, directories, and HR systems
- Perform access certifications, role management, and provisioning tasks
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to identity governance and access controls
- Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to ensure compliance
- Participate in system upgrades, patches, and performance tuning
Required Skills:
- Strong experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) or SailPoint IdentityNow (IDN)
- Hands-on experience with Java, BeanShell, or scripting
- Experience with IAM concepts: provisioning, governance, RBAC, SOD, certifications
- Knowledge of LDAP, Active Directory, Azure AD, and other identity stores
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and system integrations
- Familiarity with SQL and database concepts
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with cloud IAM solutions and SaaS-based identity platforms
- Knowledge of security frameworks and compliance standards (SOX, GDPR, etc.)
- SailPoint certification is a plus
- Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines
Salary : $60 - $65
