Job Description
- Process invoices in an accurate and timely manner
- Assist Controller in daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and year-end assignments
- Respond to A/P inquires from vendors and suppliers
- Reconcile bank accounts
- Journal entries
- Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately in accordance with company standards and accounting principals
- Phone backup
- Collaborate on other projects as needed or assigned
- Other administrative duties may be assigned
Qualifications:
- 5 years of Accounts Payable experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and highly organized
