Wholesale Coordinator — MIDS / Magnum Opus Labs Inc.

We’re not looking for someone who needs to be managed. We’re looking for someone who owns it.
Magnum Opus Labs is a brand with growing distribution across Montana. We need someone to keep the operation tight, accounts managed, orders moving, relationships maintained.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Manage wholesale account relationships across Montana dispensaries
- Coordinate orders from placement to delivery
- Track inventory levels and flag reorder windows before they’re problems
- Communicate with buyers directly — clear, professional, no fluff
- Support field sales with scheduling, follow-up, and documentation
- Maintain accurate records: accounts, pricing, order history
- Identify gaps and bring solutions, not just reports
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Experience in wholesale, distribution, or account coordination
- Cannabis industry experience is a plus — not a requirement
- Comfortable working directly with buyers and operators
- Detail-oriented. Follows through without being asked twice.
- Communicates in plain language. Doesn’t over-explain.
- Self-directed. The job has structure, but not a lot of hand-holding.
