Position Summary
We are looking for a motivated Entry Level CNC Machine Operator to join our team. This position is responsible for operating CNC machines to produce precision metal components according to customer specifications.
No prior CNC experience required — we are willing to train the right candidate with strong mechanical aptitude and a positive attitude.
Responsibilities
- Operate CNC lathes and/or mills
- Load and unload parts and materials
- Inspect parts using basic measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
- Follow work instructions and blueprints
- Monitor machine performance and report issues
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures
Qualifications
Required:
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Basic math skills
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Preferred (but not required):
- Previous manufacturing or machine shop experience
- Familiarity with measuring tools
- Blueprint reading experience
- Technical or trade school training
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment
