Magnum Insurance Agency is currently seeking motivated and energetic Licensed Insurance Sales Agents (Bilingual Spanish/English) to join our growing team at locations throughout the Chicago area and surrounding north, south, east, and west suburbs.

Compensation & Growth
- Starting hourly rate of $18 – $19 per hour
- Uncapped commission opportunities
- Average first-year earnings of $60,000

Responsibilities
- Assist customers with auto insurance products and coverage options
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Explain policy coverages and insurance options clearly and professionally
- Handle policy renewals and customer follow-ups
- Generate new business through outbound calls, referrals, and lead opportunities
- Maintain excellent customer service throughout the sales process
- Participate in ongoing insurance and sales training programs
Qualifications
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Active Illinois Insurance Producer License (Casualty or Motor Vehicle minimum required)
- Sales-driven and motivated personality
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Dependable and professional work ethic
- Comfortable speaking with customers by phone and in person
- Basic computer knowledge
- Previous retail sales or customer service experience preferred
- Must be available to work 6 days per week, including Saturdays
