We are seeking a Co-Manager Trainee to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of the restaurant operations team.
- Candidate MUST live in the Enid, OK area.
- Supervise team of quick service restaurant team members
- Adjust daily schedule for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency
- Train and evaluate employees
- Efficiently perform opening/closing duties during shift
- Resolve customer complaints and insure efficient customer service
- Previous experience (1 year or more) as restaurant assistant manager
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Strong leadership qualities
- Ability to multi-task
- Must have basic math skills
- Computer skills needed
