Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Financial Advisor located in Shreveport, LA with the flexibility for some remote work. The Senior Financial Advisor will provide comprehensive financial guidance to clients, including personalized financial planning, retirement planning, and investment management services. Additional responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, conducting in-depth financial analyses, and developing customized strategies to meet clients’ financial goals. The Senior Financial Advisor will also stay informed of industry trends, compliance regulations, and evolving market conditions to provide the best solutions.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Financial Planning and Retirement Planning to guide clients in achieving their long-term monetary goals
- Strong background in Finance and Investments to provide strategic advisory insights
- Proven experience in Financial Advisory services and the ability to build lasting client relationships
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field (CFP® or CFA designation preferred)
- License to offer securities and investment advisory services (e.g., FINRA Series 7 and 66, or equivalent)
- Previous experience in the financial services industry
- Self-motivation, a client-centric approach, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
