Position Overview
Magnolia Speech Therapy is seeking a compassionate, collaborative, and child-centered Occupational Therapist to join our growing multidisciplinary team. We have a growing waitlist of children waiting for occupational therapy services. This position offers flexibility and the opportunity to work with children in a supportive, family-focused environment alongside speech-language pathologists and other professionals.
We are looking for an OT who values connection, creativity, and neurodiversity-affirming care while helping children build the skills they need to participate successfully in daily activities.
Responsibilities
- Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and ongoing treatment sessions
- Develop individualized treatment plans and goals
- Provide family education and coaching
- Complete documentation in a timely manner
- Collaborate with speech therapists, caregivers, physicians, and community partners
- Participate in team meetings and care coordination as needed
- Maintain compliance with state, payer, and practice requirements
Qualifications
- Current Tennessee Occupational Therapy license
- NBCOT certification
- Pediatric experience required
- Experience with sensory processing, fine motor, self-help skills, emotional regulation, and developmental delays preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Reliable transportation for clinic, daycare, community, or home-based visits (if applicable)

Pay: $42.00 - $45.00 per hour
