Sales Associate

Magnolia is seeking someone skilled at motivating and recruiting a full staff and managing daily business execution. As the Store Manager, you play an integral role cultivating and maintaining exceptional Magnolia customer experience in your location. You also have an outreach role that stimulates new business in the community. The role is bested suited for an individual that has creative ideas for getting new customers and is willing to draw business to the store. There will be off site evens, etc. that will need to be coordinated and cusrated by the perfect person for this job.

What You’ll Do….

· Create a safe, clean and experiential environment for all customers and your team members

· Educate customers on products and benefits, recommending products and pairings

· Lead store to meet or exceed sales goals, increase items per transaction, and average tickets

· Multi-task and prioritize responsibilities daily while utilizing the manager Daily Top 10.

· Train and continuously educate all team members on properly making Magnolia products

· Ensure all daily, weekly checklists are completed

· Plan and execute local events that tie to the community and fuel incremental foot traffic and sales

· Promote a culture and climate of inclusiveness and respect where everyone adheres to the highest standards of communication, accountability, and teamwork.

Position Qualifications

· Minimum of 2 years’ retail experience preferred

· High school diploma or equivalent required.

Personal Attributes

· You must possess a valid driver’s license and have access to reliable transportation

· Must be authorized to work in the United States

· Must have an open schedule and flexibility to work days, weekends and holidays (when needed) 36 – 40 hours per week

· Standing required for up to 70% of the work time

· Physical requirements can vary. These must be reviewed with management. However, in general, the position requires the following physical activities:

o Ability to lift minimum of 2 pounds to a maximum of 30 pounds unassisted; able to stand, walk, stretch, reach frequently; moderate range of body motions.

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour

• You will be rotating weekends and sometimes we do pop ups . Would you be willing to prepare and sell at those events? What makes you a great salesperson?
