Management Position for Soap Store in Broken Arrow

We have excellent customer service for our established plant based soap and candle bar. Candidates with strong communication skills who can make customers feel welcome in our store will stand out. All products are hand-made in our shop so candidates must have an acute attention to detail and be able to follow recipes. A positive attitude and a self starter is a must. Responsibilities

• Greet and direct customers
• Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and plant based knowledge)

Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services

• Ensure tables are fully stocked
• Follow opening and closing procedures
• Inform customers about discounts and specials
• Follow recipes and direction on making all plant-based products in the store
• Host private parties and events
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs

Skills

• Leadership and working with others

• Preferred work experience in retail or restaurant
• Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures
• Basic math skills

• Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and possible evenings for private parties or events
• Familiar with Square POS System
• High school degree
• 18 or over

Job Types: Part-time, Full-time

Pay: $15-16.00 per hour
