**Overview:**
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Kitchen Manager to oversee the operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality, team management, and food service management.
**Responsibilities:**
- Manage day-to-day operations of the establishment, including overseeing staff, inventory, and customer service
- Ensure high-quality service standards are met and maintained
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales and profitability goals
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff members
- Conduct interviews and make hiring decisions
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Monitor food production, quality, and presentation
- Handle customer inquiries, comments, and complaints in a professional manner
**Experience/Requirements**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must have valid drivers license and reliable transportation
- Minimum of 3 years previous management experience
- Strong leadership skills
- Strong background in food preparation and food service management
- Ability to conduct interviews and lead a team effectively
- Knowledge of hospitality industry standards
- Familiarity with food production processes
