Magnolia Healthcare and Rehabilitation is seeking a knowledgeable and motivated Human Resources professional with healthcare experience to join our leadership team. This role is vital in supporting our staff and maintaining compliance while fostering a positive and professional work environment.
Key Responsibilities:Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and orientation of new employees
Maintain accurate employee records, benefits, and compliance with state/federal regulations
Provide support with employee relations, retention initiatives, and performance management
Coordinate payroll processes and ensure accuracy
Partner with department leaders to address staffing needs and promote employee engagement
Support training and staff development programs
Previous HR experience required
Healthcare experience required (skilled nursing/long-term care strongly preferred)
STNA or LPN license a plus
Knowledge of labor laws, payroll, and benefits administration
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive issues with professionalism
