We are seeking compassionate and dependable CNAs to join our team in Columbia, TN. As a CNA at Magnolia Rehab and Longterm Care, you will assist residents with activities of daily living, provide personal care, and promote a clean, safe, and respectful environment.
Responsibilities:
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, and toileting
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition
• Take and record vital signs
• Support nursing staff with daily care tasks
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment
Qualifications:
• Current CNA certification in the state of Tennessee (required)
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
