Role Description The Pet Care Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Taylorsville, KY. This position is responsible for providing daily care to dogs in the boutique boarding facility, including feeding, watering, walking, and monitoring behavior and health. The role includes maintaining clean and sanitary kennels and common areas, performing laundry tasks, and ensuring pets have fresh bedding and a comfortable environment. The Kennel Assistant supports grooming and boarding operations by safely handling animals, assisting with check-in and check-out, and communicating clearly with team members and clients. This role requires reliability, attention to detail, and a compassionate approach to animal care.
