Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility to promote independence and comfort.
- Take and record vital signs accurately, including blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiration rates to monitor resident health status.
- Observe and report any changes in resident condition or behavior promptly to nursing staff for immediate action.
- Assist with specialized care needs such as Alzheimer's care, dementia care, memory care.
Qualifications
- Valid certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) from an accredited program.
