What are the responsibilities and job description for the Compounding Pharmacy Technician (Part-Time / Flexible Schedule) position at Magnolia Pharmacy?
We are a growing independent pharmacy focused on compounding, women’s health, and wellness — and we are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented technician to join our team.
This is a flexible part-time role (2-3 days/week) and is ideal for:
- Experienced compounding technicians
- OR pharmacy technicians interested in learning compounding

What You’ll Do:
- Assist with non-sterile compounding (training available if needed)
- Support compounding workflow and organization
- Assist with patient coordination (calls, scheduling, payments)
- Light front-end support and patient interaction
What We’re Looking For:
- Active pharmacy technician license (Florida)
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable and organized
- Positive attitude and team player
- Interest in compounding and learning
Bonus (Not Required):
- Previous compounding experience
- Experience in independent pharmacy
Schedule:
- Flexible (1–2 days/week to start)
