Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and act as a Care Concierge for all customers
- Assist customers in finding and selecting the right products or services
- Demonstrate product knowledge and provide product information to customers
- Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including restocking products as needed
- Dress professionally and present yourself in a positive light daily to match the aesthetics environment
- Call patients day before their appointment to confirm appointment and send reminders
- Upsell additional products or services to enhance the customer experience
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a professional manner
- Multilingual skills are a plus
Qualifications:
-Knowlege of the medspa industry to assist with any questions patients may have
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Experience with Aesthetics Pro software is a plus
- Outgoing personality and ability to engage with patients while they wait for their appointment
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Attention to detail and accuracy in processing transactions
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with colleagues
