JOB SUMMARY
The Administrator is responsible for providing oversight for all nursing facility operations. Job responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Oversee all nursing facility operations.
- Knowledge of federal and state regulations governing nursing facility operations.
- Excellent financial management and budgeting skills.
- Ability to achieve facility goals and formulate operational strategies.
- Be a resident advocate where the resident is the center of all we do.
- Represent the facility to community groups, public officials, & government agencies.
- Ensure excellent communication among residents, families, and staff.
- Create positive resident outcomes.
- Respect others by treating them the way we want to be treated.
- Demonstrate kindness, compassion, honesty, and integrity at all times.
- Help create a culture of superior customer service.

REQUIREMENTS
- Valid North Carolina Nursing Home Administrator License
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Successful criminal background check
- Long-term care facility experience
- Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills
