We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead our front-of-house team. Compensation: $24/hour

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards
- Maintain excellent levels of internal and external customer service
- Identify guest needs and respond proactively to concerns or feedback
- Lead and develop the food and beverage team by attracting, recruiting, training, and appraising talented personnel
- Establish and maintain goals, training methods, schedules, policies, and procedures
- Foster a culture of ownership, motivation, and teamwork through open communication
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Report regularly to management on sales performance and productivity
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of Front of House experience, preferably in a supervisory role
- Hands-on experience in both serving and bartending
- Proven food and beverage management experience
- Proficiency in MS Office and restaurant management software (e.g., Aloha)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve issues efficiently
- Effective delegation and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Knowledge of current food and beverage trends and best practices
- Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets
