Duties
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including beds, bathrooms, furniture, and fixtures to ensure a spotless environment.
- Maintain public areas such as lobbies, hallways, elevators, and restrooms by performing regular cleaning routines.
- Perform detailed floor care tasks including vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors, and applying appropriate treatments for durability and shine.
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, towels, and amenities to meet guest needs efficiently.
- Follow safety protocols during cleaning procedures and handle cleaning chemicals responsibly to ensure a safe workspace.
- Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and uphold quality standards.
- Support housekeeping management with inventory control and documentation of cleaning activities to maintain operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in cleaning or custodial roles within hotels or similar hospitality environments is required.
