Magnolia Grace Senior Care is seeking a long-term Regional Marketing Specialist for South Central Georgia (Region 2) who is energetic, strategic, reliable, and relationship-driven. This role is designed for a professional who understands that sustainable results in senior care marketing are built through trust, consistency, visibility, and long-term relationship development.
Role Overview
This is a leadership-level marketing role combining strategy, execution, reporting, and in-person community engagement. The Regional Marketing Specialist is responsible for growing brand presence, expanding referral partnerships, and delivering measurable results across the assigned region.
Core Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive regional marketing strategy for Region 2
- Create monthly and quarterly marketing plans
- Track, analyze, and report marketing performance and ROI
- Prepare professional marketing reports and presentations for leadership
- Manage Facebook marketing, digital campaigns, and paid advertising
- Actively participate in multiple Chambers of Commerce within the region
- Conduct face-to-face outreach with:
- Physicians and medical practices
- Hospitals, discharge planners, and care coordinators
- Social workers and case managers
- Senior living and professional referral partners
- Represent Magnolia Grace at networking events, community functions, and health fairs
- Execute grassroots, referral-based, and relationship-driven marketing initiatives
- Maintain accurate documentation of marketing activity, contacts, and outcomes
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- Experience in healthcare, senior care, or service-based marketing preferred
- Strong proficiency in:
- Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- CRM and reporting platforms (Perficient or comparable systems)
- Proven ability to:
- Build marketing strategies from the ground up
- Create structured marketing reports and performance summaries
- Analyze data and translate insights into action
- Experience managing paid advertising campaigns
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel extensively within Region 2
- Professional presentation and strong communication skills
- Highly organized, accountable, and self-directed
