Job Overview:
Magnolia Grace Senior Care is seeking a professional, experienced Office Administrator to join our fast-growing, amazing team! The Office Administrator would be responsible for several administrative duties pertaining to our clients and caregivers, including managing the caregiver schedules, conducting client consultations (in their homes or facilities), managing paperwork, and organizing company files.
Home Health Administrator Duties:
- Managing our CRM system for tracking clients and caregiver schedules
- Scheduling caregivers through CRM, including finding coverage, tracking time off requests, making sure that all clients have coverage.
- Training caregivers how to use their CRM system app to clock in and out.
- Managing client information in our CRM system, including entering information, uploading contracts and care plans, and assisting clients in accessing their information
- Doing in-home consultations with potential clients
- Completing intake documentation with new clients, including preparing and sending contracts
- Putting together care packets, including care plans and other documentation for clients.
- Attending Chamber and marketing events
Qualifications/Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent (Required)
- Associate or Bachelor's Degree (Preferred) or equivalent experience
- 4 years experience in a medical setting such as a doctor's office or Assisted living Facility (Required)
- 2 years experience in Home Health Administration (Required)
- CNA/ PCA License or Certificate (Preferred)
- Complete a TB Test Upon Hire (Required)
- First Aid CPR Certification (Required)
- 3 years experience in an office setting, whether as a receptionist, administrative assistant, intake specialist, or equivalent. (Required)
- Ability to operate on multiple online platforms such as CRM, really, Adobe Acrobat, DocuSign, etc.
- Experience with the following Microsoft Office programs: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook. Knowledge of how to create and edit documents, both Word and PDFs.
- Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, organizing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
- Ability to perform multiple forms of communication, both written and verbal, including email and answering phones.
- Fluent in English & Exceptional writing skills.
