Community Marketing and Healthcare Relations Coordinator
Magnolia Grace Senior Care is looking for the right person to join our team serving Nassau County, St. John’s County, St. Augustine, St. Mary's , and Brunswick.
This is not an entry-level marketing position. We are looking for someone who understands relationship-based healthcare marketing and knows how to build long-term referral partnerships with hospitals, rehab facilities, physician offices, case managers, discharge planners, senior communities, assisted living facilities, and healthcare professionals.
The right candidate must understand that successful healthcare marketing is about strategy, consistency, professionalism, follow-up, reporting, and results.

Responsibilities Include:
- Developing and executing monthly marketing strategies and outreach plans
- Building strong referral relationships within the healthcare community
- Visiting hospitals, rehabs, physician offices, senior communities, and local networking events
- Tracking referral sources, marketing activity, and growth numbers
- Submitting professional monthly reports and updates
- Maintaining follow-up communication with referral partners
- Helping strengthen the Magnolia Grace brand throughout the community
- Identifying new opportunities for company growth and partnerships
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Marketing, Healthcare Administration, Business, Communications, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of healthcare marketing, medical sales, senior care marketing, or relationship-building experience preferred
- Professional appearance and strong communication skills required
- Reliable transportation is required for daily travel throughout assigned territories
- Must be organized, self-motivated, dependable, and results-driven
- Must understand professionalism, networking etiquette, and relationship management
- Experience creating marketing plans, tracking growth metrics, and understanding ROI is strongly preferred
- Must be comfortable working independently and representing the company professionally in the field
Compensation & Benefits:
- $22 to $26 per hour based on experience
- Performance bonuses twice yearly
