Job description:
Key Characteristics/Skills:
- Grading plants and grouping in like qualities
- Assemble plant material on trailers
- Perform inventory transactions as assigned which will include counting and
- Clean work area daily
- Other tasks as assigned
Key Characteristics/Skills:
- Ability to lift 25 lbs. multiple times per day
- Ability to withstand extreme weather conditions that include heat, rain and
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to multi-task and take direction
- Ability to accurately count large quantities of plants
- Ability to work well with team
- Adjust to flexible hours
- Some Saturday shifts required
Job Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read and write
- Bilingual in Spanish a plus but not required
