About the Role:

The Palletizer plays a critical role in the durable goods manufacturing process by efficiently and safely stacking finished products onto pallets for storage or shipment. This position ensures that products are organized in a stable and secure manner to prevent damage during transportation and handling. The Palletizer must maintain a high level of personal safety and adhere to workplace regulations, including the right to work requirements. This role demands physical stamina and the ability to lift and carry heavy weights consistently throughout the workday. Ultimately, the Palletizer contributes to the smooth flow of goods from production to distribution, supporting overall operational efficiency.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Right to work authorization in the country of employment.
• Basic math skills to count and organize products accurately.
• Ability to read and understand work instructions and safety guidelines.
• Physical capability to lift and carry heavy weights repeatedly throughout the shift.
• Willingness to work weekly overtime as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment, particularly in palletizing or material handling.
• Familiarity with durable goods manufacturing processes.
• Experience transitioning from military service to civilian employment.
• Active military status or veteran background is considered an asset.
• Knowledge of workplace safety standards and ergonomics.

Responsibilities:

• Stack and arrange finished products onto pallets according to company standards and safety guidelines.
• Inspect pallets and products for damage or defects before and after stacking to ensure quality control.
• Operate palletizing equipment or perform manual palletizing tasks as required by production demands.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production and shipping targets.
• Adhere strictly to personal safety protocols and company policies, including proper lifting techniques.
• Work scheduled weekly overtime as needed to support production deadlines.
