Warehouse Associate – Electric Pallet Jack & Stand‑Up Forklift Operator

Schedule: Sunday–Thursday, 10:00 PM–6:30 AM Forklift Certification Required (Electric Pallet Jack & Stand‑Up)

Position Summary

The Warehouse Associate supports the daily administrative, operational, and organizational functions of the warehouse as assigned by the Warehouse Manager. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate documentation for all shipping and receiving activities, preparing inventory balances, and ensuring materials are handled, stored, and distributed safely and efficiently.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Receiving Materials

• Schedule incoming freight shipments.

• Read and verify packing labels.

• Unload pallets of newly arrived raw materials.

• Inspect raw materials for damage.

• Place new raw material into proper inventory locations.

• Arrange returns for damaged materials.

Inventory Management

• Locate inventory for outgoing shipments.

• Stock new materials.

• Re‑stock inventory as needed.

• Identify missing items.

• Identify low‑stock items.

• Rotate stock FIFO.

• Maintain organized materials.

• Move raw material safely without damage.

Customer Interaction

• Assist walk‑in customers.

• Support customers with inventory selection.

• Write customer orders.

Warehouse Safety & Operations

• Maintain warehouse cleanliness.

• Operate forklifts safely (Electric Pallet Jack & Stand‑Up required).

• Use proper PPE.

• Keep work areas clean.

• Remove floor obstacles.

Pay Range

$20.00-23.00 per hour (depends on experience in warehouse)
