**The District reserves the right to close the recruitment regardless of the date or length of the posting period** Start Date: 8/11/26 Work Schedule: 7:45 am - 4:30 pm (Subject to change by District) DEFINITION Under the supervision of the School Readiness Programs Administrator and/or Designee and direction of the Family Services Specialist, recruits and enrolls children into the District preschool program; serves as a liaison and provides information about services to families and children; prepares and maintains records, lists and reports. Perform related work as necessary or required.
Requirements / Qualifications
Experience Required: Two (2) years of experience in clerical work, preferably in a school district; One (1) year of experience working with children and families in an early childhood program - Preferred; Background of working with the public. Education Required: High school diploma or equivalent
This position is only open to current Classified Magnolia School District employees. This includes Permanent Classified, Substitute Classified, and Classified Confidential.
