Responsibilities:
- Support our clinical team of Doctors, Dental Assistants and Hygienist.
- Answering incoming calls.
- Scheduling/Confirming appointments.
- Checking patients in and out.
- Knowledge and ability to discuss Treatment Planning.
- Ability to assist (when needed) with the flow of patients throughout the office.
- Work collaboratively with TEAM.
- Ability to communicate with other dental offices regarding referrals.
- Ability to communicate with insurance companies (verify insurance and following up on any outstanding claims).
- Obtain and maintain patient records.
- EagleSoft Knowledge and Dental Office Experience is a plus.
- Ability to preform EOD (end of day) duties and submit reports.
- Attention to details.
- GOAL: To always work as a TEAM.
- Great work Ethics (Always Punctual, Reliable and Dependable to get the job done).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
