We are seeking an experienced Dental Assistant / EDDA to join our growing, patient-centered dental team. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity for a skilled assistant who takes pride in excellent dentistry, teamwork, and creating a calm, supportive experience for patients.

What You’ll Do
- Assist the dentist chairside with restorative, surgical, and general dentistry procedures
- Anticipate provider needs and help keep procedures efficient and stress-free
- Prepare and break down treatment rooms with attention to detail and infection control
- Take high-quality dental radiographs and impressions
- Educate patients on procedures, home care, and post-op instructions
- Maintain accurate clinical notes and patient records
- Ensure instruments are properly cleaned, sterilized, and organized
- Help manage clinical supplies and keep rooms fully stocked
- Be an active, trusted part of a collaborative dental team
What We’re Looking For
- Previous dental assisting experience required (EDDA strongly preferred)
- Solid understanding of dental procedures, instruments, and terminology
- X-ray certification (required)
- Strong communication skills with patients and teammates
- Ability to stay organized and focused in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, dependable, and team-oriented mindset
- Experience with OpenDental is a plus (but not required)
