We are seeking a professional Licensed Esthetician to join our spa team! The ideal candidate is dedicated to providing exceptional skincare services, creating a welcoming guest experience, and helping clients feel confident and cared for.

Schedule & Availability
- Must be available to work Saturdays
- Typical hours are 9:00 AM–6:00 PM most days
- Must have reliable transportation
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential
Duties
- Provide professional, high-quality esthetic services based on each guest’s needs
- Perform consultations and recommend appropriate services and home-care products
- Create personalized treatment plans and provide excellent guest care
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary treatment room
- Follow all sanitation, safety, and spa protocols
- Educate guests on skincare routines, products, and aftercare
- Build strong relationships with guests and encourage repeat visits
- Maintain accurate client notes and service records
- Communicate professionally with guests and team members
- Assist with maintaining a welcoming, positive, and professional spa environment
- Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and team development
- Support the overall success and smooth operation of the spa
Experience & Qualifications
- Must hold a current esthetician license in the state of Kentucky
- Previous experience as a licensed esthetician is preferred but not required
- Strong knowledge of skincare, facial treatments, waxing, and other applicable esthetic services
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Friendly, professional, and comfortable interacting with a variety of guests
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable
- Must have reliable transportation
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Ability to work independently while also being a supportive team member
- Willingness to continue learning and developing professionally
- Ability to recommend services and products in a helpful, guest-focused manner
