Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
- Take accurate orders using Clover POS system
- Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining proper food handling and sanitation standards
- Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring satisfaction
- Assist with bussing tables, cleaning work areas, and supporting kitchen staff as needed
- Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering systems and process payments securely
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining areas in compliance with food safety regulations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations during shifts
Skills
- Proficiency with Clover POS system
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest relations
- Experience in food service environments such as restaurants, fine dining, or hospitality venues
- Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while managing time effectively
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with guests and team members
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and billing accurately
- Previous experience in serving, bartending, or host/host roles is advantageous
- Familiarity with upselling techniques to promote menu items and increase sales potential
