Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team at Magnolia Bistro. As a Server, you will play a key role in providing warm, memorable, and attentive service to our guests. Your primary responsibilities include taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and ensuring that every guest feels welcomed and valued. Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests with professionalism and warmth.
• Accurately take food and beverage orders using OpenTable or similar systems.
• Ensure all food and beverages are served in accordance with health and safety guidelines.
• Deliver food and drinks promptly while maintaining a clean and organized dining environment.
• Handle guest payments with accuracy and integrity, following proper cash handling procedures.
• Respond to guest questions and concerns with grace and efficiency, ensuring a positive experience.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to guarantee timely and high-quality service.
• Help maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant, including dining areas, restrooms, and service stations.
• Attend training sessions to enhance product knowledge, service skills, and overall guest interaction.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in food service or hospitality preferred.
• Familiarity with reservation & POS systems like Yelp & Clover are a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a guest-first mentality.
• Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal communication and teamwork abilities.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds as needed.

Job Type: Part-time
