We are hiring Certified Behavior Technicians (CBTs), Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and individuals who are new to the field. If you are new to ABA, your first task with us will be paid CBT training so you can start confidently and grow in your career. - Monday through Friday, 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM
- Monday through Friday, 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM

Position Overview
As a Behavior Technician with Magnolia Behavior Therapy you will work directly with children using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision. You will help children build important skills and support families as they celebrate each child’s progress. This is ideal for someone who enjoys working with kids, wants to learn, and values teamwork.
What You’ll Do
- Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under clinical guidance
- Support children as they learn new skills and build confidence
- Collect and record session data accurately
- Maintain client safety, dignity, and privacy
- Work closely with supervisors and colleagues to provide high-quality care
Who We Are Looking For
- Current Washington State CBTs
- RBTs in good standing
- Individuals new to ABA who are eager to complete paid CBT training
- Experience with children or developmental differences is helpful but not required
- Strong communication, organizational skills, and a compassionate approach
Job Details and Pay
- Positions available part-time and full-time
- CBT pay range is $19.00 to $22.00 per hour depending on experience
- RBTs may earn slightly more based on credential and skill level
