This is an entry-level position, and no prior experience is required. We will train you!
Location: Snohomish
Positions Available: Both Full-Time and Part-Time

Entry-Level Opportunity : No prior experience required. We provide training to become a Certified Behavior Technician (CBT).
Job Responsibilities:
Provide ABA Therapy to children with autism in our Snohomish Treatment Center.
Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Collect and record data on the child’s progress and behavior.
Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
Our Ideal Candidate:
Strong work ethic with patience and resilience.
Passionate about helping children.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
Reliable transportation.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Must pass a criminal background check.
Some college hours or a degree in a related field (preferred).
Experience in childcare, education, or other child-related fields (preferred).
Growth Opportunities:
Potential for advancement after just 6 months with an RBT certification.
Opportunity to enter our Supervised Fieldwork program to become a LaBA, BCaBA, or BCBA after 6 months.
